There will be guidance. There will be structure. But no one person will be leading the entire weekend. Instead, this is a shared leadership experience — one where each of us steps forward in different ways.
As we prepared for the recent Shadow Summit, we saw something emerge: a sense of collective leadership, where insight and direction came from the group itself.
This retreat is an invitation to expand that — over a full weekend.
Come not just to attend, but to participate.
To lead, to listen, and to explore together.
This isn't only for Shadow or Tools practitioners. It's for anyone holding a leadership role in their community — workshop facilitators, therapists, organizers, teachers, coaches, business owners. It's better with a diverse group of leaders.
